(Get Your Kicks On) Route 66 é uma canção popular  no estilo Rhythm and blues, composta em 1946 pelo músico Bobby Troup, inspirado por uma viagem pela mítica estrada  U.S. Route 66.
Foi gravada pela primeira vez no mesmo ano por Nat King Cole e desde então tem sido regravada por inúmeros músicos e bandas, inclusive Chuck Berry (1961), Nancy Sinatra, Diana Krall, Depeche Mode, Ray Charles e The Rolling Stones (1964).
